1TTB11 Platform General Terms of Use

Welcome to TTB11, an online entertainment platform operated and owned by TTB11 Group. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as a user or registered member ("Member") and TTB11 as the platform operator ("Company"). • Use a strong and unique password not used on any other platform to maximise the security of your account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account security settings for an additional layer of protection.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. TTB11 will not be held responsible for any activity carried out by a third party using your account.
• Notify the ttb11 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization.
• Keep your account details — including phone number, email address, and banking information — up to date and accurate to ensure smooth verification and withdrawal processing.

TTB11 uses 256-bit SSL encryption technology to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, account security is a shared responsibility — we protect at the system level, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

TTB11 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, online bank transfers, and selected e-wallets. All transactions are processed securely, and funds are credited or debited within the stipulated timeframe.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the Deposit page. TTB11 reserves the right to amend this minimum limit with appropriate notice.
• Identity verification: All first withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain limits require full identity verification (KYC) before processing. This is a standard security measure to protect your funds.
• Processing time: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the selected payment method and the finance team's workload.
• Currency: All transactions on the ttb11 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any foreign currency conversion is entirely the member's responsibility.
• Same bank account: Withdrawals are only processed to the same bank account used for deposit, for security and anti-money laundering purposes.
• Transaction fee: TTB11 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

6General Game Rules

All games available on the ttb11 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party audit bodies. This ensures every game outcome is completely random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including ttb11 itself.

• The outcome of completed games is final and non-disputable unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure confirmed by the ttb11 technical team.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, ttb11 will use server records to determine the valid outcome. The decision of the technical team in such matters is final.
• Wagers placed using funds obtained from illegal activities or funds sourced from outside the ttb11 platform unlawfully are void and invalid.
• The use of automated software (bots), betting algorithms, or any third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• TTB11 reserves the right to void any wager and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence that the wager was placed unlawfully or in violation of game rules.

7Prohibited Conduct

To ensure the ttb11 platform remains a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all members, certain conduct is strictly prohibited. Violation of any of the following rules will result in serious disciplinary action:

• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the security systems or technical infrastructure of the ttb11 platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any technology to conceal your real location or identity while using the platform.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activities on the ttb11 platform.
• Sharing your account with others or lending your account to any third party for any purpose.
• Using offensive, threatening, or harassing language toward other members or ttb11 staff.
• Any form of fraud, including the use of credit card details or bank accounts that do not belong to you to make deposits.
• Opening a new account after your account has been suspended or terminated by ttb11 without obtaining prior written authorization.

8Privacy and Personal Data Protection

9TTB11 Liability Limits

• TTB11 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or exceptional losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of expected wins.
• TTB11 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or actions by authorities.
• Any claims against ttb11 must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the incident giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
• The maximum liability of ttb11 to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Account Suspension and Termination

TTB11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or illegal activity. In cases of termination due to a terms violation, TTB11 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings associated with that violation.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the ttb11 customer support team. Prior to account closure, all wagering requirements associated with active bonuses must be fulfilled, and any valid remaining funds will be returned to the member via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe.
